There is NO dumb question.  That is what we were taught.   
Before you listen, we want to thank all of you who are getting your Professional Certification from ACE.  
However, Dave is on a tare with what services/operations are doing which are just plain WRONG.  At a time where we are at the forefront of saving the lives of the people who are going to use the facilities we service, Dave is on his soapbox about GETTING it RIGHT. 
Just because you have done something for years does NOT mean you are doing it right.
