Water Damage, Abatement, and Installer Issues with Sean DeVore * BCWA S7:E06

Sean DeVore schools us on the issues that arise when a carpet is flooded and then has to be removed. In the case he presents today, it also required abatement as there was asbestos found in the layers of tile under the carpet.

Sean then talks about the main issue of 2022 was utilizing quality installers for vinyl flooring.

Most of the issue was, and most likely still will be, that most installers are not professionally qualified to lay these flooring materials down.

Thus, his advice.

Make sure you have the right contractor with prior experience installing all types of Luxury Vinyl and sheet goods.
