Douglas Henley is Vice President for Owens Realty Services focusing on training and best practices.  Douglas has over 30 years in Facilities Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance and was recently the Director of Facilities for a large Magnet school district in Hartford, CT. 

Doug and Dave talk this afternoon about the comeback of the "day porter" and the duties of that person, what the new labor pool of individuals will look like.

During the conversation, they talk about changes in the way clients and operations are looking at cleaning protocols, education, and the need for everyone to play their part.
